We are pleased to advise that the Willsmere Owners Corporation has authorised replacement of the 30+ year old carpet throughout the common areas except the main entrance.
Work is scheduled to commence on 8 October 2025, with completion anticipated in early 2026. Replacement will begin with the library then generally from west to east commencing in the "secret garden" per the image below. The carpet will be Beaulieu Brigade Dark Leather, as chosen by a survey of lot owners earlier this year. Nosings will be added to each step to increase safety and longevity. Most Willsmere residents will be unaffected by the carpet replacement works. Residents who access their apartments via a stairwell or across a carpeted landing will be given at least three days but targeting two notice weeks before the work is expected to begin in their area. Please ensure you are registered for MyBos alerts. In addition, a notice will be left in front of doorways to ensure it is received.
