Willsmere has two tennis courts for the enjoyment of residents and their guests. Entray is via your Willsmere key fob.
The tennis court rules are outlined in the Willsmere rules and regulations and below, but to sum them up simply, please be considerate of others when using the tennis courts. Please don’t be so loud you become a nuisance for residents living nearby and please don’t leave any mess when you have finished using them.
To ensure you get to play, please make sure you book ahead of time using the online booking via MyBos Resident App (via your smartphone or tablet) or MyBos website. Please note that you must be logged in as a valid user to view or make bookings.
Tennis Court Rules
- Hours of use - 8:00 am to dusk
- Restricted use - residents and their guests only
- Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult
- No other games other than tennis are to be played on the tennis courts
- Bookings* are required at all times by registering in the bookings book below
- Bookings* are accepted a maximum of two weeks in advance for a maximum period of two hours
- No block bookings are allowed - all bookings must contain the unit number as well as name of resident intending to use the facility
- Cancellations* must be noted in the book by drawing a line through the booking
- Glass or breakable objects are not permitted within the tennis court enclosures
- No eating or food of any kind is allowed
- No pets are allowed on the tennis courts at any time
- Please close and lock the gates and remove all personal belongings including tennis balls when finished
- No smoking
Courtesy Guidelines
- Suitable sporting attire should be worn. Use soft sole sport shoes.
- Maximum of 4 players on one court at any one time.
- Refrain from excessive noise or inappropriate, offensive language.
- Please remove all waste and objects form the courts.
- If any damage is caused or noted, please notify ASAP the Building Manager or log a MyBOS ticket.
