Update 24/1/22

We are happy to say that Petar is back from isolation and once again across everything at Willsmere.

Our existing cleaning contractor, Keytes, will finish up today and the new contractor, Sharper, will begin work tomorrow but on a limited basis until they can assign a full time staff member for Willsmere on February 10. Until then, we will still have only a limited cleaning presence at Willsmere but at least we will have Petar keeping an eye on everything again.

Petar, our building manager was away on holiday last week and was due to return today but is isolating as he was a close contact to someone with Covid.  As a result, Petar's Manager Sam has been onsite this morning and is training Muskaan as his temporary replacement.  She will be wearing the same MBM vest that Petar wears so say hi if you see her around.

If all goes well, Petar will be back on site next week looking after everything.

Our cleaner, Devant, resigned last week. Keytes, the contracted cleaning company has been unable to replace him and as such, we are looking at a new cleaning company to take over.  The new company is called Sharper and comes highly recommended by both MICM (our owner's corporation manager) and MBM (our facility manager contractor) who have both worked very closely with Sharper at other locations. Until Sharper are able to take over completely, they will be supplying a limited service that only looks after critical areas of the cleaning.  If all goes well things will be back to normal early to mid February.

For this week especially and for the next couple of weeks, we will try to keep everything running smoothly but please be patient if some items are not up to the usual high standards.

And lastly, thank you to Andrew Barrington and Carl Sarelius for making sure the rubbish was taken care of on Friday.  The sudden resignation of Basant plus Petar being away meant that we almost had no rubbish collection as well as the bins not being put back and the gates closed.
