The CoM has approved funding to clean out and repair the fish pond at the top of the bowling green. The “Pond Professor” will complete the works in the next few weeks. Existing fish will be cared for in the interim, whilst the pond is emptied to remove the sludge and algae then completely cleaned. The lights and pump will also be repaired and new water plants will be added. Surrounding plants on the north side of the pool have been removed and turf will be laid to provide a viewing area.
