The Willsmere Annual General Meeting is on Monday, April 1st at 6:30pm in the Willsmere library. The AGM is for owners only, and for any renting residents holding an authorised proxy from the owner of your apartment. Proxy forms are available here. If Owners are unable to attend the AGM, please use the proxy form to authorise someone you trust to vote on your behalf as you would want.

The AGM is also where owners or authorised proxies are able to nominate to be on the Committee of Management (CoM) for the next year. If there are more than 12 nominations then a vote will be held. Nomination forms can be downloaded here. Please forward your nomination, and proxy if applicable, with a 1/2 page summary introducing yourself, why you want to be on the next COM, and what you can offer the Owners Corporation to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. at MICM before the meeting, however, nominations from the floor are accepted at the AGM. There are many passionate Willsmere residents who are currently renting, so if you have a proxy this means you are included if you would like to take part in the running of our beautiful property.

Owners are reminded that second quarter OC fees are due by April 1st and must be paid in order to vote at the AGM.

If anyone is thinking about running for the CoM but is unsure as to what is involved or how much work it entails, we encourage you to talk to members of the current OC.  We are all very approachable and friendly :)
